Moore Teachers is a specialist, independent provision and a Herts for Learning recommended agency.  We are committed to supporting primary schools with high quality primary teachers and support staff in West Essex and  Hertfordshire.

We don’t profess to provide all types of staff to all types of schools, but specialise in the primary sector only, as this is what we know best.

Our specialism is based on our credibility which comes from:

  • 10 years teaching experience as a primary teacher from reception to Year 6.
  • 2 years teaching experience in early years and lower school at a SEN school for pupils with SLD and PMLD
  • A years experience as an Assistant Educational Psychologist
  • My own researched and published work in The Journal of Special Education
  • Our continual passion to keeping up-to-date with current changes in education
  • Office staffed with a knowledgeable team from primary and EY backgrounds

The general ethos of Moore Teachers is one of integrity; an open and honest approach grounded in a real understanding of school life.  We place equal importance on providing schools with strong, professional and reliable  teachers and ensuring that all staff feel valued and respected.    Quality teaching and learning is at the centre of our ethos so we invest our time and money in supporting, working with and offering free CPD to all staff.

We also understand the importance of and value good behaviour management and the creation of a positive working environment.  To that end, this is a key focus of Moore Teachers and teachers are provided with practical tips and ideas and details of relevant courses for their CPD.

Our Statement of Values shows what we believe to be important to schools, teachers and support staff.
