Complaints Procedure

Moore Teachers is committed to providing a high level service to our clients and candidates. If you do not receive satisfaction from us we need you to tell us about it.

 

If you feel you have a complaint, you should first of all approach your consultant. We aim to resolve issues within 48 hours wherever possible.

 

Please refer to our Complaints Policy for fuller guidance on how we aim to resolve any issues.
