Complaints Procedure

Moore Teachers is committed to providing a high level service to our clients and candidates. If you do not receive satisfaction from us, we need you to tell us about it.

 

If you feel you have a complaint, you should first of all approach your consultant. We aim to resolve issues within 48 hours wherever possible.

 

A copy of our complaints policy is available upon request.

I cannot teach anybody anything. I can only make them think.
