Moore Teachers value the contribution that all teachers and support staff make to the smooth running of schools.


To help raise standards in school, we value opportunities that may enhance professional knowledge and skills of all staff that work with us. We will:


  • Solicit feedback from schools with regard to staff performance
  • Regularly feedback to staff the comments received from schools
  • Provide information regarding courses that are available for CPD
  • Offer free CPD and support to ensure skills and knowledge are up-to-date
  • Provide access to teaching resources
  • Keep staff up-to-date with curriculum changes and current classroom practice
  • Regular newsletters to staff with new initiatives, teaching ideas, assessment information etc


Both schools and staff are of equal importance to us. To support teachers and schools, we also provide a unique quality monitoring service, which involves short classroom visits to schools where teachers are working on a long-term or regular basis. Both schools and teachers welcome this support, which strengthens relationships with all concerned.
