Moore Teachers is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 4 Teacher for a Welwyn Garden City primary school. This role is to start from January and is ongoing, with full class responsibility.

 

The Role:

We are looking for a confident practitioner who can:

  • Take full responsibility for a Year 4 class

  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons

  • Maintain strong behaviour management and classroom routines

  • Work effectively with the wider KS2 team

  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

You will be well supported by an established leadership team and collaborative staff community.

 

About the School

You will be a teacher who:

  • Holds QTS (or equivalent)

  • Has proven experience teaching in KS2

  • Can confidently meet the demands of full class responsibility

  • Is committed, professional, and passionate about children’s progress

 

About you: 

You will be a kind, patient and proactive practitioner who is confident supporting children with additional needs.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working in Early Years
  • Ideally has experience with SEND or complex needs
  • Can adapt activities to suit the child’s individual needs
  • Builds warm, trusting relationships quickly
  • Is reliable, consistent and committed to supporting progress
